- E2: Fiordland (2023-05-23) — Teams struggle in the extreme bush of Fiordland and cracks start to emerge between teammates as the intensity of the situation increases when they get completely lost.
- E3: Tasman Glacier (2023-05-29) — Teams have to escape from a deadly glacier at the start of an intensive two days in the wilderness that pushes one team to make a fatal error in view of the trackers

- E5: Hanmer Forest (2023-06-05) — The 24 hour challenge sees teams chased day and night by the trackers, who have doubled up their numbers to add even more pressure on the exhausted contestants.
- E6: Puhi Peaks (2023-06-06) — With four teams remaining the pressure to escape from the relentless trackers is intensified, but for one team an argument leads to a catastrophic sequence of events.
