  • E2: Bowled Over (2022-05-10) — Teams must create an emblem to represent a cricketing nation. Their LEGO builds will be tested for ‘smashiness' when a cricket ball is hurled at them from a bowling machine.
  • E3: Cut in Half (2022-05-16) — Teams of two are asked to build an extraordinary LEGO creation starting with half of an everyday object. The team with the least successful build goes home.
  • E4: Bridging the Gap (2022-05-17) — A Lego Masters classic is turned upside down when teams are asked to build a spectacular bridge that spans 2 metres. The bridges will be stress-tested from underneath with a weight

  • E7: Roll the Dice (2022-05-30) — High stakes as teams battle to win the 'Roll the Dice' challenge and go directly to the Grand Final. Who can design the best 'must play' table top game using only LEGO bricks?

  • E1: Movies (2023-04-10) — Six teams of LEGO builders face off in their first challenge, to build their own big budget movie set. But only one team will take home the Power Brick.
  • E2: Mechanimals (2023-04-11) — Teams of two are asked to build an extraordinary LEGO creation based on both Machine and Animal.
  • E3: 3D Kiwiana Art (2023-04-12) — Teams are asked to build a 3D piece of Art that must sit inside a picture frame, the team with the least successful build goes home.
  • E4: It's My Party (2023-04-17) — High stakes as teams are asked to create a build based around a popular Celebration. The winning team gets an advantage for the next build.
  • E5: Upon Reflection (2023-04-18) — This new challenge will test the contestants' creative skills as they're asked to build off nothing but a reflection. One team will be eliminated.
  • E6: Demolition House (2023-04-19) — The four remaining teams face a new challenge – Demolition House. Their builds will be tested for ‘smashiness' when a wrecking ball is hurled headfirst into their builds.
  • E7: Timewarp (2023-04-24) — This connected challenge tests the technical expertise of our LEGO Masters teams. They must design and build a section of a fun chain reaction using a rolling ball.
  • E8: NZ Children's Books (2023-04-25) — The LEGO Masters NZ semi-final sees 3 teams competing for the remaining 2 places in the Grand Final. Teams must create a build based of a well-known New Zealand storybook.
  • E9: Grand Finale (2023-04-26) — The Grand Final sees three teams building their LEGO Masterpiece. They have 24 hours to prove themselves the best builders in Aotearoa and take home the LEGO Masters NZ Trophy.
