Season 1

• E1: Episode 1 (2022-10-03) — Gunde Svan and Mikael Tornving test the twelve participants with physical and mental challenges. Can they handle the tough program?
• E2: Episode 2 (2022-10-10) — Gunde Svan tests the recruits' courage with a step into the unknown – a jump from a cliff into icy cold waters. Can Magnus Hedman overcome his fear?
• E3: Episode 3 (2022-10-17) — After a tough start, the challenges are raised during a hellish march. The recruits get woken up at dawn to walk an unknown stretch. Who will make it?

Season 2

• E1: Episode 1 (2023-09-11) — Ten famous Swedes become recruits in Gunde Svan's company. Their stamina, strength, and intelligence are tested, and they get a taste of discipline.
• E2: Episode 2 (2023-09-18) — After the first night in the barracks, the worn-out group is about to compete. There's a classic military obstacle course and a map and compass test.
• E3: Episode 3 (2023-09-25) — The exercises get tougher for the recruits in Major Svan's company. They compete in tightrope walking and shoot a real AK4 with live ammunition.
• E4: Episode 4 (2023-10-02) — The recruits get the order to march without knowing for how long. They spend the night in the woods and are faced with their toughest challenge yet.

• E8: Episode 8 (2023-10-30) — The aspirants are faced with a challenge of spending the night alone in the woods. The next day they're trained in urban combat and weapons check.
• E9: Episode 9 (2023-11-06) — The aspirants have to first carry each other on stretchers and then walk through a tunnel of burning napalm. One of them leaves the company.
• E10: Episode 10 (2023-11-13) — The aspirants compete against each other in laying cables in the terrain. Their courage is tested when they fall backwards into water 13 feet up high.
• E11: Episode 11 (2023-11-20) — The aspirants get an abrupt awakening facing a tough day of exercises before the company battle, where one of them will have to leave the company.
• E12: Episode 12 (2023-11-27) — The aspirants are promoted to cadets and are divided into battle pairs who face each other in the big final exercise. It starts with a storm at sea.
• E13: Episode 13 (2023-12-04) — The final exercise continues with several tough battles that test the battle pairs. Their efforts make Major Svan's eyes brim to tears.

Season 3

• E1: ⁨Muster⁩ (2024-09-02) — Ten famous Swedes sign in as new recruits. Their journey starts with tough tests to show Major Svan and Captain Tornving what they are made of.
• E2: Get out of the comfort zone⁩ (2024-09-09) — After the first night recruits need to get ready for the first challenge. Courage and focus are both needed when they are expected to do a jump test.
• E3: Pushing the boundaries⁩ (2024-09-16) — The new recruits are tested in the tough obstacle course and in a sharp shooting challenge. A lot of feelings emerge on the shooting range.
• E4: Hell trek⁩ (2024-09-23) — The recruits are faced with their toughest challenge so far – the hell trek. With no information on when the trek ends and combat gear they head out.

• E7: Tough rescue⁩ (2024-10-14) — The cadettes are faced with a rescue mission in a confined space without seeing or hearing anything. Self defence training comes next.
• E8: Rescue in water⁩ (2024-10-21) — Our cadettes will learn to escape from a helicopter in the water. They are tested in a team challenge where they need to secure a boat.
• E9: Alone in the wild⁩ (2024-10-28) — The cadettes learn camouflage and after a rough day they are left in the wild to spend the night alone.
• E10: ⁨War drill⁩ (2024-11-04) — After a long night alone in the wild the energy is low. It is time for war drills and Major Svan and Captain Tornving has a decision to make.
• E11: ⁨Trustfall⁩ (2024-11-11) — Rescuing an injured comrade on the battlefield is on the agenda. The cadettes need to learn to trust each other when they have to fall into water.

• E11: Fire and heights⁩ (2025-11-10) — In hot and smoke filled rooms the cadettes have to fight fire. Next their challenge is to repel off of a 30 meters high tower.
