Season 1

• E1: Dig Deep to Survive (2018-08-05) — Dropped into three brutal environments – a frozen glacier, frigid swamp, and wind-battered mountainside – nine modern-day warriors try to survive using the lessons of the Ninja.
• E2: Over the Edge (2018-08-12) — Pushed to their limits on a barren, battered island, the nine survivalists are desperate for food, water and fire. The brutal conditions send one warrior to a breaking point.
• E3: Hell in High Water (2018-08-19) — Rafting through frigid, mountain rapids tests the survivalists' will and ability to work together. A brutal injury could take one of the warriors out of the challenge.
• E4: Drop Zone (2018-08-24) — To cross a ninety-foot vertical gorge, the survivalists must work together to build a rope bridge. One warrior has to overcome a debilitating fear to complete the challenge.
